Mindfulness For Performers

This 90 to 120-minute workshop is tailored to help artists and performers transmute their anxieties into strengths. If you are insecure, unfocused, or “temperature-taking” throughout your performances this workshop will give you techniques to let go of fear, root into confidence, & trust yourself.

This workshop contains:

  • 30 to 40-minute short-form improv game set

  • 30 to 40-minute meditation sit

  • 30 to 40-minute sound bath

  • Aromatherapy throughout

Counteracting Burnout

This 90-minute workshop is sequenced to address the damaging effects of working and living in a chronic, high-stress environment. Our yoga practice will target the crunched and hunched postures from sitting at a computer/desk for prolonged periods. We will also counteract exhaustion, irritability, anxiety, difficulty sleeping, and more.

This workshop contains:

  • 30-minute meditation sit

  • 30-minute yoga practice

  • 30-minute sound bath

  • Aromatherapy throughout

Mindful 50/50

This 60 to 90-minute workshop focused on letting go of negative thought patterns (stress, fear, & worry) and rooting into the safety of the present moment. It is designed to help people shift out of the sympathetic nervous system (responsible for fight-or-flight) and into the parasympathetic nervous system (where rest, recovery, & homeostasis can occur).

This workshop contains:

  • 30 to 45-minute meditation sit

  • 30 to 45-minute sound bath

  • Aromatherapy throughout
